Hello everyone! We would like to welcome you to “The Annex” at Lewis Bowl &
Sports Bar. Our goal as a team is to assist you in hosting your event and
activities, and to ensure you are getting exactly what you envisioned. We feel
this is your special day and we are here to guide and assist you every step of
the way. Whether you are throwing a surprise party, having a wedding reception
or hosting a corporate gathering we can it all at “The Annex”! We want your
special day to be done your way. You can hire the caterer of your choice at NO
additional fees from us. Each gathering and event can be planned to fit your
party needs. Any questions or concerns along the way, please do not hesitate to
ask us about them.
Food and Beverage:
The uniqueness beyond the size and capacity and service with hosting your
event, wedding or other special occasion at “The Annex” is, it is on of the only
places where you can bring in your own food or have a caterer of your choice at
no additional charge or fee from us! The following beverages can be purchased
thru the bar:
- Kegs, Drink Tickets, Punch, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee, House Champagne,
any Special Requests and a Full Service Bar.
Equipment and Services:
- Risers for head table
- Portable in room bar, bartender and waitress
- DJ Service
- We provide all staff for all events
- Room will be accessible based on availability by 8 am on the day of your
event for decorations and set up.
- Individual needs will be discussed at the time of booking and as the event
day nears, and at the discretion of management.
- A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Room must be paid for in full 30 days prior to day of your event/occasion
- Beverages and/or food arrangements and orders must be made 14 days prior
to event/occasion and paid in full at the time of final order. You can add to
your order as the date gets closer based on availability of the product.
